Forbes is a standard double suite on the first floor, with a view of the Firth through 2 small windows. It has a double bed in the bedroom section which is separated by an arch and optional privacy curtain from the sitting room. The sitting room has a large sofa which converts into a second double bed. It is a cosy room with a living-flame gas fire. There is an en-suite bathroom.

The colour scheme is floral pinks and greens on a cream background.
