Wedding Breakfast

Our main restaurant overlooks the Beauly Firth and offers panoramic views across the Black Isle and Ben Wyvis. It can accommodate up to 92 guests for the meal and up to a further 60 guests for an evening reception. For more intimate weddings we can offer the Mackenzie Room which also overlooks the water and is ideal for numbers up to 12.

Whatever the number, we can assure you that the meal will be superb. We only use the best of local produce and it is a matter of great pride to Walter Walker, our Head Chef, that the standard of preparation and presentation of his dishes does not waiver be the meal for 2 or 92. He has been awarded 2 AA rosettes for food and is actively striving for a third. In fact Walter is keen to sit down with you six to eight weeks prior to your wedding day to help you select a menu to suit your requirements. Please see Menus for special occasions to view a selection of Walter’s dishes.
Evening Buffet
We would request when taking a wedding reception during the day and evening that you cater for a minimum of 75% of your guests with an evening buffet. These start with a full selection of sandwiches and sausage rolls, tea and coffee and more extensive buffet menus or barbecues are available on request.

Children
We are obviously very happy to cater for children attending a wedding meal and we can offer either a smaller portion of the menu chosen or a different menu tailored to their needs.

Drinks packages
We a can provide a wide selection of wines and drinks for wedding guests. In recognition of the need for budgeting we have put together drinks packages which offer discounted prices to suit every pocket. Some examples are shown on our tariff sheet. These are only suggestions and we will be happy to quote for individual requirements.
