 The Wedding Ceremony

The cost of staging the wedding ceremony at Bunchrew House is £500

Canapes - optional

Chef can provide a selection of hot and cold canapes to be served with reception drinks, at £50 per tray of 40/45 canapes.

The Wedding Meal

Prices for a three course set meal with coffee start at £36 per head.

Evening Buffet

Prices start from £8.95 for a full selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, tea or coffee and wedding cake.  We would be happy to quote for more extensive buffet choices.

Guest numbers

All rates quoted on this tariff are based on a minimum number of 60 adult guests for the meal on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year.  Please check for minimum numbers outside these days.  For smaller numbers we would be happy to discuss your requirements.

Accommodation rates

The 16 bedrooms would be available at the following discounted rates: -

                            January - April               £130 per room

                            May - September           £160 per room

                            October - December       £130 per room

                 We offer a complimentary Bridal Suite with a bottle of our

                           House Champagne to the Bride and Groom

The above rates are per room based on two people sharing and include Full Highland breakfast and VAT.  These are available for the wedding night only.  We would require you to reserve all 16 bedrooms and this would ensure that you and your guests can enjoy all areas of the House and grounds exclusively without interference from others.

Drinks Packages

At Bunchrew we can offer a wide selection of wines and drinks for our private parties.

We have put together the following special drinks packages which offer discounted prices.  These are only examples and we would  be happy to quote for your individual requirements.

SUMMER - After the ceremony, Pimms on the lawn (weather permitting!) - a half bottle Chilean house wine with the meal - and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast

AUTUMN - After the ceremony, a glass of Orlando Carrington sparkling wine - a half bottle Chilean house wine - and a glass of Orlando Carrington sparkling wine for the toast

WINTER - After the ceremony, a glass of mulled wine - a half bottle Chilean house wine with the meal - and a glass of Champagne for the toasts

SPRING - After the ceremony, a glass of Pink Champagne - a half bottle of Chilean house wine with the meal and a glass of Champagne for the toasts
